Welcome to BLANK Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (https://blanklabs.app) and the BLANK Discord bot automation service.

The BLANK Discord bot is primarily an automation assistant for Alphabot raffle registration, allowing you to configure and automate raffle entries directly through Discord.

Information We Process

To provide you with our automation services, we process the following categories of information where applicable:

• Discord User Information: Your Discord user ID and account identifier.
• Display Information: Your Discord username and display information where necessary for bot functionality.
• Authorization Data: Discord OAuth2 authorization information when you connect your account.
• Server & Role Data: Discord server/guild membership and role information, specifically when our Smart Registration feature is utilized to verify eligibility.
• User Preferences: Your configuration and settings for the BLANK bot.
• Alphabot Information: Alphabot-related account and API information provided by you to enable the automation service.
• Raffle Data: Raffle configuration, registration status, and entry history required to operate and track the service.
• Wallet Information: Blockchain wallet addresses related to raffle entries or service payments, if provided.
• Support Messages: Message content sent specifically during an active, user-initiated support session.
• Technical Data: Technical logs and information necessary to operate, secure, debug, and maintain the service.

Please note that data required to operate the Alphabot automation is distinct from information you voluntarily provide during support sessions or other interactions.

Discord Data Usage

Because our service integrates deeply with Discord, we adhere to strict guidelines regarding your Discord data:

• Minimal Access: BLANK accesses Discord information only as strictly necessary for the bot's functionality.
• Smart Registration: Server membership and role information is accessed and used solely for the optional Smart Registration eligibility checks.
• Message Content: Message content is accessed only for the active support-session functionality. The support feature is user-initiated and limited to an active session, relaying messages between your Discord DM and the BLANK support channel. This is not general message monitoring.
• No AI/ML Training: BLANK does not use Discord message content to train machine-learning or AI models.
• No Presence Data: BLANK does not use Discord user Presence data as part of its functionality.

Alphabot API Credentials

To perform automated raffle registrations on your behalf, BLANK requires you to provide Alphabot API credentials. These credentials are used exclusively for executing your configured raffle workflows. They are stored securely on our servers and are never shared publicly. You may request the deletion of your API credentials at any time (see Data Deletion below).

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including secure database storage and standard access controls, to protect your personal information and API credentials from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction based on our current infrastructure implementation.

Third-Party Services

BLANK Labs may need to share or transmit information with the following third-party services to provide the requested functionality:

• Discord: For authentication, bot interactions, and support relay.
• Alphabot: For executing your automated raffle entries.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For hosting our infrastructure, databases, and application backend.

These third-party services operate under their own respective privacy policies.

Data Retention

Your data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the automation service, maintain your user configuration, provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some technical and operational information may need to be retained for legitimate security and debugging reasons. You maintain control over your data and can request deletion at any time.

Data Deletion & Your Choices

You have the right to stop using our service at any time. You can revoke the bot's Discord authorization directly through your Discord application settings.

To request the complete deletion of your stored information, including API credentials and historical raffle data, please contact us via email. When emailing, provide enough information (such as your Discord User ID) for us to identify your account.

IMPORTANT: Never send passwords, API keys, private keys, or other sensitive secrets to us via email.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
